halloween_tibbsThis is the list of prompts we came up with for last year, and I thought it would be a good idea to post it again, in case anyone needs some inspiration.
Now, nobody needs to pick a prompt; this is merely a post where we can collect prompts that might hopefully jump-start recalcitrant muses or revive hibernating plotbunnies. :)
Since there can never be enough prompts, please feel free to comment here with your new prompts, and I'll add them to the list below. :)
I'd suggest keeping the prompts simple, easy and to the point, but feel free to suggest a detailed plot if you so desire. *g*
* supernatural
* crazy case
* Tony organizing another misdemeanor lottery (or whatever it was called what he does with the guys back at Baltimore PD)
* "It was a dark and stormy night..."
* a tag to any of the Halloween related NCIS episodes
* someone tries to prank Gibbs' house
* when the wolves howl
* blackout
* zombies...maybe even zombie hunting
* scary movies come to life
* Abby calls and is cut off with a scream
* murder at a costume party
* mind control leads to a murder at the Yard
* vampires (someone had to go there ;)
* shape-shifter murder
* slassic locked-room murder
* ghost ship
* Gibbs and Tony discover something paranormal
* monster movies
* Ziva is scared of the dark (For a very good reason).
* Ducky picks up some weird artifact that opens up the team to bad dreams.
* Tony and Gibbs are being stubborn, so Kate comes back in some form to tell them to stoppit.
* Vance is haunted by Jenny, involves something about letting Gibbs and Tony be together.
* Diana, Stephanie, Mann and Ryan play with the Ouija, which affects Gibbs and requires Tony's help
* Abby holds a Halloween party and makes everyone dress up the way she wants. She knows that Tony has a thing for Gibbs and makes them wear matching outfits (NO, they didn't know that :P) They spend the night having to stand together while everyone takes pictures of them. When it becomes too much, Tony tries to escape, but Gibbs sees through it all and follows him outside....
* An NCIS Halloween party. Jimmy spikes the punch (because Tony tells him everyone knows you have to spike a punch bowl at least once in your life) and they all get hammered. Gibbs gets a little... protective ... when someone gets a little handsy with Tony.
* Gibbs always gives candy out on Halloween. Only kit kat bars though. Abby always drives by to check on him (in costume) but this year she can't. She tells Tony to go in his place and Tony needs to know why he only gives out kit kat bars.
* Tony or Gibbs wears a special mask that compels the wearer to tell the truth, to a Halloween party.
* Gibbs and Tony are in love with one another, but both are too dense to notice, don't think the other would be interested &c &c. To help redirect their unrequited love, Gibbs works on the boat, and Tony sleeps around. Ghost!Shannon and Ghost!Kelly take the initiative, and haunt Tony, chasing away his "relationships" until he and Gibbs end up together. Bonus points if Abby and Ziva figure this out with a seance (bonus bonus points if they drag McGee along).
* Current season (S11), Ziva dies and haunts Tibbs. What's she warning them about?
